[apte] p. p. [ḍī-kta] Flown up. --naṃ The flight of a bird. The varieties of the flight of birds are said to be 101, the word prefixed to ḍīna show- ing the particular mode of flight; e. g. avaḍīnaṃ, uḍḍīnaṃ, praḍīnaṃ, abhiḍīnaṃ, vi- ḍīnaṃ, pariḍīnaṃ, parāḍīnaṃ &c.
